Brian is truly exceptional! I’m so happy I reached out to him as I needed to replace my 13-yr-old water heater, which was in its last leg. Brian was responsive, punctual, timely, and incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He offered me a fair price and the assurance I would be taken care of from beginning to end, which indeed happened. There was a manufacturer defect in the water heater he installed for me and he went out of his way to buy the replacement part himself and drove to Ventura and back twice so that I didn’t have to wait the 4-5 days the manufacturer told him it would take for the part to arrive. He was just at my place today, a mere couple of days since installation and made sure that the product worked perfectly after he replaced the defective part. I’m so thankful and grateful for his work, his honesty, professionalism, kindness, and his great sense of humor was also a bonus 😁 Do not hesitate hiring him; he will be the one I call to help me with everything at my place from now on. Brian contacted us shortly after we put our request for help with a broken water heater into Thumbtack and came to our home on a Sunday morning. He inspected the water heater and found that it was on its last leg. He discussed the pros and cons of a conventional water heater versus a tankless water heater, convincing us to go with the tankless. He and his helper were able to install the new tankless water heater on our schedule, spent the day on installation, working all day until the job was complete. Brian and his helper were friendly, professional and answered all our questions. They left the work area tidy. Brian will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Brian did a great job. He was able to install our RO system, including drilling the hole in the countertop for the additional faucet, as well as routing it to our fridge for ice. Left plenty of space under the sink for us. Quick turn around from proposal to job complete!
