In every way you can imagine, Brian was outstanding. I have had a lot of work done on my house, and I’ve never had a better person. He made a challenging door installation look easy. My water heater basically started to flood my garage while we were out of town this weekend and needed replaced. I feel fortunate to have found Lane Home Services on thumbtack after receiving really inflated estimates with extras I didn’t need from other providers. I was immediately contacted, given a reasonable quote without a bunch of extras I didn’t want or need, and it was taken care of! My new water heater is better installed than my last one, and meticulous care was taken to help mop up the standing water near the area so the new one had a clean placement, as well as to let me know what to expect (air in the lines) and about their warranty/service to make sure all is working right after installation. I highly recommend and will be using their services for any future issues!

I contacted Brian to install 4 faucets and he got back to me quickly. We scheduled for a few days later and overall it was a great experience. Not only did he install the 4 faucets, he worked on drain plugs, helped remove some stuck on shower hardware and installed a ceiling fan. His work was solid, efficient, and he gave me great tips as a new homeowner for little tasks and updates around the house. I would definitely work with him again! The project cost was honest and fair. Highly recommend!
