I noticed something wasn’t right with my water system because my pipes were making loud noises every time I opened a faucet. I reached out to Lane Home Services, and he came out to inspect the issue. He determined that the main water pressure regulator needed to be replaced, and when he checked the pressure, it was over 90 PSI. We scheduled a time for the replacement, and he completed the job in less than an hour. He was very professional and took the time to explain each step of the process in detail. I was extremely impressed with his work and communication and will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Brian contacted us shortly after we put our request for help with a broken water heater into Thumbtack and came to our home on a Sunday morning. He inspected the water heater and found that it was on its last leg. He discussed the pros and cons of a conventional water heater versus a tankless water heater, convincing us to go with the tankless. He and his helper were able to install the new tankless water heater on our schedule, spent the day on installation, working all day until the job was complete. Brian and his helper were friendly, professional and answered all our questions. They left the work area tidy. Brian will be our go-to plumber from now on.
