We just recently got our Hot Tub restarted after five years of inactivity and I couldn't get the chemistry right and the water was green and cloudy. Erik responded super quick and knew exactly what was wrong. Now our water is clear and sparkling and he has us on a great maintenance schedule so we barely have to worry about it at all!
