We arrived home from vacation late afternoon after a 7 hour plane ride, tired and grumpy, thinking a couple of martinis and good hot shower will fix everything. Only to discover we had no hot water. When I checked out our water heater, I discovered it had turned into a rusted out bucket leaking water all over the place. Contacted SAVE A LOT and they got back to me immediately, gave me a competitive estimate, and moved me up in their schedule to come the very next morning (which made my wife very happy). They arrived on time with a replacement water heater: 1. Were proactive (modified the installation to prevent water damage in the future). 2. Repaired some drainage issues from a previous installation. 3. Were fast and cleaned up after. About 14 hours after our initial contact with them, our life is back to normal. Can't thank SAVE A LOT enough! I give them my highest recommendation...E
