- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a diagnostic visit, the customer pays $69 for the diagnostic and our technician create a case for you with all information, what need to be done and how soon we can do it, and this amount will be deducted from the final repair amount. We charge $79 for a stackable unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Familiarity with the problem described by the client, and an attempt to reproduce the problem, as well as give honest advice on repair / replacement options. After completing diagnostic, our technician fills up the case for you, and give you complete estimate when the part will arrive, and how much it cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technical specialists have extensive experience in repairing equipment and annually improve their skills at trainings. Also we are Certificated partner of LG company.
