What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Balloons With Love installation is custom, so listed prices are starting points. Final pricing is based on the size, design complexity, materials, venue access, and setup requirements. Specialty balloons, custom vinyl, backdrops, props, travel, outdoor anchoring, and teardown may be additional. A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. I’m always happy to discuss your budget and recommend options that will create the most impact.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your event date, location, colors, theme, budget, and overall vision. Inspiration photos and venue pictures are always helpful! From there, I create a customized proposal outlining the design and pricing. Once the retainer is received, your date is reserved and I begin planning and preparing every detail. Before the event, we confirm the final design and setup information. On event day, I deliver and professionally install everything, with teardown available when needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am primarily self-taught and have developed my skills through hands-on experience creating balloon décor and styling events. My experience includes organic balloon design, large-scale installations, themed décor, custom Cricut vinyl, personalized details, and coordinating colors and decorative elements. I continue learning through practice, experimentation, and studying new techniques so I can keep improving the quality and creativity of my work.
