- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because no 2 clients have the same needs, I pride myself on learning your vision for your event and collaborating with you to ensure that your needs are met from start to finish. After initial messages exchanged on Thumbtack, we will set up a call to chat through the specifics and then I will send over an invoice with the details discussed on the phone.
