- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
they'll find that 9 times out of ten I give better prices than competitors.It also eliminates haggling .I offer fair pricing and my customers are satisfied w that.I notify or bring it to the customer's attention if there is any problem ,extra work or charge, so nobody is surprised. normally there are no problems but if there is I'll bring it up and give them the option(s) to take care of it.
