My company stands out because of the how I include the customer in the process. I provide digital photos and CAD drawings to educate my customers about their roofing system. This enables them to be better prepared when dealing with a roofing contractor when needed. I also provide information from the manufacturer regarding their roofing system and finally provide a professional recommendation to address any problems or potential problems. I meet a variety of people and personalities. Knowledge is power. I love giving my customers this 'edge' when they have to deal with the contractor.
