- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for seniors and veterans. We also run seasonal discounts on select services — please ask us which promotions are currently available. A $50 service call fee applies to all appointments, even if canceled or rescheduled on short notice (less than 24 hours).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation – We start with a short conversation to understand your needs. On-Site Visit & Estimate – We schedule a visit, inspect the site, and perform diagnostics if needed before providing an estimate. Work & Verification – After completing the work, we clean up and test everything. If diagnostics were performed, we include a free post-installation test and send you a detailed improvement report.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed C-7 Low Voltage Contractor with strong hands-on experience in Wi-Fi systems, smart home devices, and low-voltage wiring. I’m not a top engineer, but I work closely with experienced specialists when advanced expertise is needed to make sure every project meets professional standards.
