FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the actual scope and site conditions (access, mounting surface, cable paths, power availability, and existing wiring/equipment). For certain projects, an on-site assessment may be required before we can provide a firm quote. Discounts: 10% off for seniors and veterans. We also offer volume / multi-job pricing for property managers, businesses, and partners with ongoing work. Fees: A service call fee applies to scheduled appointments and is also charged for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery call — goals, scope, equipment/models, expectations, constraints 2. On-site assessment (if needed) — verify layout, mounting, cable paths, power, existing wiring/equipment 3. Project confirmation — final plan + pricing + schedule, incl. assumptions/inclusions/exclusions 4. Execution — install + configuration (mounting, wiring, network/app setup as applicable) 5. QA & handoff — testing/verification, cleanup, documentation, and customer walkthrough
