I hired Maynor after having a terrible time trying to DIY some paint and bathroom renovation with a few friends. Maynor came on time, took a look at the scope of work, gave me a fair price, and a day he would start. He also looked around my condo and pointed out other things that he could do for me, and gave me estimates on each. He offered to estimate each job at a fixed price, or a day rate. Both of which were extremely reasonably priced. I ended up hiring him to renovate the kitchen, and numerous other things that needed to get done. It was well priced, and high quality workmanship. No compromises on quality whatsoever. He asks intelligent questions about what I’d like to get done, and offers advice on alternatives which I wouldn’t have thought of. He’s a honest man, a hard worker, always punctual, and a great person to have on your side in any project. I highly recommend Maynor for almost any project you are considering undertaking in your home. His name is in my phone book, and I’ve already referred him to a couple of friends who’ve had great experiences working with him.
