- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you shop around, I might not be the cheapest. I will strive to work within your budget, but I will not always guarantee to be the cheapest. But I do guarantee my craftsmanship and attention to detail to make up for it. My work ethic is old school, and it will show.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn the needs of the client. Share their goals and vision. Strive to meet that goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on for more than 20 years. That is the best schooling anyone can have.
