FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is primarily based on the size of the home, including square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also take into account the overall condition of the home, type of flooring, and whether there are pets. For ongoing service, we offer discounted rates for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings. Most clients start with a deeper first visit to bring the home to a maintenance level, and then continue at a lower recurring rate. We always aim to provide clear, upfront pricing so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to move forward, we schedule the initial cleaning and go over any key details ahead of the visit. For most homes, we recommend starting with a deeper first cleaning to get everything to a maintenance level. After that, we set up a recurring schedule if desired. We also collect a customer profile that we keep on file. This includes preferences such as pet information, home access, priority areas, and communication preferences. This helps us provide a more consistent and personalized service each visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees go through a structured training program before working independently in a home. Training begins with orientation and hands-on instruction, followed by written and practical evaluations. Once they pass, they begin field training where they are closely supervised to ensure they are following our system step by step. We follow a detailed cleaning method, working left to right and top to bottom to ensure consistency and thoroughness. Our team members are trained by area (such as kitchen, bathroom, or dusting) and are retrained as they expand their responsibilities. Team Leads are trained across all areas and are responsible for overseeing quality and consistency on each job.
