I'm an ICF & CCA certified Emotional Intelligence and Empowerment Coach, with a graduate certification in Change Management as well. Having taught undergrad students for 5 years prior to switching to life coaching, I have firsthand insight into what drives people forward, what motivates them, and what are the conflicts/ underlying stumbling blocks that come in the way of their growth. 1 hour coaching* - $ 90 1 month package* includes 4 weekly coaching calls - $ 300 3 month package* includes 12 weekly coaching calls - $ 900 * Note: I start with a 30 minutes free discovery call to develop familiarity and understand the client's concerns. Discounts- 10% off all services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first call, also known as the discovery call, I help the client(s) understand what they truly want to change/ achieve through coaching conversations. We collaborate to create their action plan using the 4D model and SMART goal technique. By co-creating weekly exercises with the clients, I ensure that they stay motivated and on-track. We have frequent check-ins (unlimited access to email support) to chart progress. My methodology is primarily derived from appreciative inquiry (strengths-based approach) and positive psychology.
