Darell was great! She was incredibly responsive - she actually called me a few minutes after I submitted my request, which is why I ended up working with her over the other notaries. She talked me through the process, gave me a quote on the phone, and was very friendly.
For the notary appointment itself, she showed up on time and was both professional and warm. I've already recommended her to a friend of mine who was looking for a notary.
