What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discount to US military, healthcare professionals and provide free notarization for all veterans filing for benefits
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review the number of signatures required to be notarized, review your valid ID (passport, driver license) and I will bring the rest ( seal, acknowledgment, jurat, journal and stamp pad)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Duly commissioned by state of California as a notary public. Completed all studies and wrote my exam.
