Xochi was the most responsive of all the mobile notary services i reached out to. And the craziest thing is that she was almost two hours away!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard CA notary fee is $15 per signature. Substantial discounts for military. Mobile service available. $50 includes one signature and first 10 miles, additional mobile charge applied based on mileage beyond 10 miles. Please provide your address for accurate quote. Flat rates provided for loan signings, please indicate transaction type, whether you need e-docs/printing, and same/next day drop at FedEX, UPS, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request detailed description of the document, and determine whether in-house or mobile notary service. Address for mobile service to determine fee and availability.
