- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overnight Pet Sitting in your home starts at $150.00/night. This service is from 7pm-7am and includes: Feeding, water bowl checks, medication admin(no fee), playtime, exercise, bringing in the mail, newspaper, etc. All of our sitters are background checked, insured, and bonded. We have "drop-in" services at 30/60 minutes that start at $30.00/each. CV PETS also has Pet Taxi & Pet Concierge Services Available. Each CV PET SITTER is Hand-Picked by our President Jennifer Madison. She has 15 years of accounting, business, taxation, and HR experience. Further, she recently graduated from Law School and acquired her Juris Doctorate in Law. Jennifer holds herself and Team to this highest standards and strive to make your pets as comfortable while you're away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CV PETS offers a FREE 30 minute "meet & greet" to residents in the Coachella Valley. We'll come to you and talk about your needs, pets needs, schedules, daily routine, etc. All FREE OF CHARGE. We want to build long lasting relationships with new clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jennifer (Owner/President- CV PETS) has 15 years of accounting, business management, taxation, and HR experience. Further, she recently graduated from Law School and acquired her Juris Doctorate in Law. I'm highly organized and believe that the strongest relationships in business start with trust and communication.
