- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved cooking for as long as I can remember and chose to take a culinary arts program in high school to see if this was something that I wanted to do when I grew up! I loved it, and got accepted to The Culinary Institute of America where I graduate with honors and went on to start my own business that is now Garlic Girls Catering & Events!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cater a high volume of weddings, baby showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, business lunches & graduation parties, as well as personal chef services for intimate dinner parties or weekly meal drop offs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always go with your gut, if you aren't getting the kind of answers you want from your questions then you probably won't be satisfied with the service. I have a love & passion for what I do, and I truly enjoy giving clients the best experience that I can.
