I just wanted to thank Alan and Kathleen for helping me in the whole DUI process. It was a roller-coaster of emotions but Kathleen and Alan insured me that everything was going to be alright. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I take all special MCLE to qualify for representing clients in Capital Murder cases.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I represented a DUI client in 2011. The client got a new DUI in 2014 while still on probation for the 2011 case. After concluding the second case by a negotiated plea that didn't required any jail time, the client got yet another (third) DUI -- this time involving a car crash with severe injuries to the other party. I won't tell you how I did it, but the client was NOT taken into custody and the arraignment!
