I had a great experience with Greg. My heater wouldn’t turn on and he was able to come out and diagnose the issue the same day even with it being a Saturday. My unit needed a special part so I had to wait until Monday to find out how soon Greg would be able to get the part to fix my heater. The part ended up costing a good deal of cash but when I mentioned to Greg I had a home warranty he told me it would be best to go through the warranty company. The warranty company would send their own contracted tech out there to fix my issue and I would only have to pay the deductible which be way cheaper for me. Greg is very honest and trustworthy. He could’ve easily just charged me to fix it and I would’ve had a hassle not being able to be refunded by the home warranty company for not using their contractors. It’s really nice to know there are still good people out there like Greg and he will be the first person I call for any heater/ac issues in the future. Thanks Greg!
