Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. Yes i stay certified and licensed. I also stay up to date on codes for dryer venting. I want to be able to give people the service they deserve. And let them know what problems they have are do not have. If you are not educated in dryer venting how can you.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
A. It is not complicated.There just has to be an inspection. Then we can tell you how much it will be.Because pricing is determined on what you need to have fixed. We do not know what you have wrong without looking to see first.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. Because i realized the need for qualified, licensed,certified individuals. There are a lot of fly by night companies out there. Are companies that offer so many services that they can not keep up with them all. Are give good service. With no licensing. No certifications. Basically a lot of unqualified people. Giving people terrible service. That is the main reason i started this business.
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. Repairs and cleaning. In some cases all new venting systems.Because of lack of maintaining there venting system. Some end up needing new ones. That is why maintaining your dryer vent line is important.
Q. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A. I am proud of all the jobs i do. Because everyone of the jobs means. That is one more person that i am helping to reduce dryer fires. In are community. That makes me proud of what i do.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. Make sure they are a professional. Do not just hire someone off the streets. I have been to a lot of jobs where someone else had cleaned the vent line. And they broke stuff and cost the customer more to fix the stuff that was broke. Had it been done right the first time. It would of saved them money and undo damage.
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to
professionals about their project?
A. That i care and i know what to look for.And how to fix it right. Because i am a professional. I offer a service unlike any other. I love what i do.Most people doing this line of work. Work for someone else and they do not like it.And they do not do good service.
