FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each situation. My standard rate is $100 per hour for mediation and conflict resolution services. I provide a free 10-minute consultation to understand your needs and ensure we’re a good fit. All pricing is discussed upfront with no hidden fees, and package options may be available for ongoing matters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief consultation to understand the situation and determine the best approach. Once we move forward, clients complete an intake form so I can gain a clear understanding of the conflict, background, and goals of each party. Mediation sessions are then conducted in a structured, neutral environment where all parties are guided through effective communication, issue identification, and solution development. At the conclusion of the session, I provide a written agreement outlining the terms discussed, which can be reviewed and signed by all parties. If additional support is needed, follow-up sessions can be scheduled to continue progress toward resolution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, along with a professional certification in dispute resolution (DRPA). In addition to my academic training, I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience facilitating mediations and working through complex interpersonal and organizational conflicts. My experience includes guiding individuals and groups through structured dialogue, problem-solving, and agreement development. This combination of formal education and real-world practice allows me to approach each situation with both depth of knowledge and practical effectiveness.
