- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All piano services are billed honestly by the hour, $90 per hour. Piano tuning requires 2 to 3 hours. Piano regulation 4-6 hours. We have extensive network for qualified referrals if we can’t handle it ourselves. We offer current and future customers discount incentives to refer our business to friends and family. Ask us how to take advantage of this opportunity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to know our customer’s current and future piano goals, and plan and advise piano services that make sense.

Chicago School for Piano Technology 2011 - 1st year curriculum, 1300 hours Piano Technician’s Guild PTG 2012 - Associate Member 2017 - Registered Piano Technician Piano Technical Academy, Japan 2017 - Grand Piano, 200 hours 2019 - Master, 200 hours
