great service tech are on time, every visit Marvin and victor has great customer service, friendly and does great job, But office staff need to be retrained on Customer Service and Service in general, but the office staff are not always on top of contacting customers of their appointments day and time ,say this because I was not informed of this past appt, but Marvin did the service any way I thank. Him for being understanding with that, but I do need to be told ahead of time, going forward thank you. this last Service was done by victor and I feel that the office Staff never informed him that I prefer to be Called before showing up and to have a 2-4 hour window for the service, was told that it all day now really dont like not being given a call the week before that was your normal contact a week before. Good thing victor call the day of.if this happens again. I will consider continuing pest pros
