Karin responded quickly to our request and very accommodating to our "urgent" need for help. Although located in Chatsworth, Karin arrived about 10 minutes earlier than expected. Karin's appearance was clean, he wore a mask and presented professionally. Once issue was assessed, Karin informed us of potential outcomes and associated costs. Karin completed the job in less than 1 hour and cleaned the area so well he left no evidence of the dirty job he just worked on. Karin was also very accommodating to our clients who occasionally needed to use the restroom throughout his work. And, luckily, Karin was able to repair our plumbing issue with NO additional cost. We paid the quoted amount for a job well done. We would use this company and Karin again. We highly recommend them.
