Ignacio arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the issue. He clearly explained the situation and provided me with options. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. He even went above and beyond, staying past his scheduled time to make sure the work was completed. I am very pleased with his service. He helped out with three of my problems, unclogging a tough bathroom sink, a leak on the main pipe and cleaned out the kitchen pipe.

Very punctual. Found the problem and gave us options. While they were working they showed us via video from a camera they put down the pipes. We could actually see what we needed. Explained everything to me and again to my mom. Considerate of putting on boot covers . Adam was Excellent from start to finish . Im sorry I can't remember the other man's name but he was amazing as well. I felt by explaining things step by step we could then make an informed decision. My mom also got a senior discount which helped a lotThx

Great job! Everything that was an issue in the bathroom was addressed and works perfectly, including the blocked drain. After he finished the messy job, Adam left the room cleaner than when he arrived! I would trust Roto-Rooter with any job in the future.Completely professional.

We had an unfortunate experience with our plumbing this past weekend, and ended up with a whopping bill to cover it. But, it was Sunday and it was an emergency call, so there's that.Fortunately for us, our service tech was fantastic. He was very detailed about the issues, thoroughly explained what was going to happen step by step, and was extremely pleasant all throughout the many hours he was with us. He even helped us reinstall a toilet that began leaking as a result of an overly ambitious person's (maybe me) belief in plunging it enough that it would fix the problem, only to end up smushing the wax seal beneath the fixture and causing the leak.Samuel Gonzalez was his name, and while Roto Rooter isn't going to be the least expensive option in the world of plumbing, I cannot imagine you'll find anyone nicer than him. Thanks for all the help Sam!
