I had worn-out drum rollers in my dryer. The technician arrived very quickly and completed the diagnosis in about 15 minutes. He explained the problem in detail, offered different solutions, and then provided a very reasonable price. I had previously contacted other technicians about the same issue, but their prices were much higher. I agreed to the repair, and the technician was able to complete the work immediately because he already had the necessary parts with him.
He also gave me detailed recommendations on how to prevent this problem from happening again in the future.
