Nathan did an amazing job installing a fairly large water feature for one of our clients. He was responsive, punctual, and got the job done in the time frame we needed. I would check all five options about what I liked working with Nathan from Beyond the Sea. He went over and above with repair and restoration of my water feature. He was a genuine professional as well as kind and courteous. I was left with a mess from another company and Nathan came in and rescued me. It was a positive experience through and through. I will only ever use Nathan for servicing my water feature when needed. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered! If you want it done right call Nathan, I promise you will not be disappointed. Would give a 20 out of 10 if possible. Beyond the Sea surpassed my expectations with doing an out of state fish tank move. Their quality of service, attention to detail, communication, and care for my fish/ nems/ corals made the whole process easier. I wish I found them sooner for maintenance of my tank. Would highly recommend this company.
