- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, fair, and guaranteed. We don’t use commissioned salespeople or middlemen, which helps keep costs lower. We provide free estimates and free design consultations, and returning customers receive discounts on future projects. We also pass along contractor pricing on materials when homeowners choose to purchase through our supplier accounts. Payments are collected only as project stages are completed and approved, never upfront for unfinished work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site consultation with the owner, where we listen to your ideas, assess the space, and discuss your goals and budget. Next, we provide a clear scope of work, pricing, and timeline. If needed, our in-house designer creates a 3D design so you can visualize the project before construction begins. Once permits are approved, we manage the entire build from start to finish, keeping communication open and the project on schedule until final inspection and completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor with years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and project management. Our team works with skilled, experienced tradespeople, and we stay current with local building codes, permitting requirements, and construction standards.
