Joe showed up on time and was professional, polite and did a great job. He walked through the house and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted done and then did exactly what I asked. The stains in my carpet are still gone, the house smells clean and the carpet feels great. He was quick, efficient and I will use him again in the future! Thank you so much.

Joe and his assistant (also his son) provided professional and thoughtful service for our carpet cleaning needs. They came out to bid the job in person, contemplated the most effective combination of products and water temperature to use based upon the types of problems in each area (the place was a long time rental with pet stains and rust marks on light carpet).
Joe and his son work like a well oiled machine, pre-treating each stain with compounds specifically for each type of stain. Once the whole cleaning process was complete, they rolled out white craft paper though-out the house as pathways to keep dirt from redepositing if folks had to walk through before drying was complete.
I am amazed at how clean and bright the carpets are now! Even in the room where 'life' seemed to concentrate in this rental (super difficult grunge) the carpets are bright again!
I would definitely hire Joe Castaneda again!
