- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service/diagnostic fee is free, when customer agreeing with the estimate and proceed with the repair. We offer 20 % off labor to a new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Samsung factory authorized service. We also factory authorized service for Bertazzoni, Liebherr appliances. We are also factory trained for LG HVAC and appliances. Factory authorized for GREE air conditioning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have around 30 years of experience on major home appliance repair, refrigeration and HVAC. We stand behind our work providing warranty on parts and labor. No job is to small or to big.
