Chris of HVAC Solutions LLC was simply excellent and restored and repaired my gas wall heater quickly. I would have clicked all five options if I could on the previous review page. I strongly recommend Chris and his company for any HVAC project or maintenance large or small. I wish I had found him sooner!

Awesome customer service and dependable! He literally saved us $1600! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants professional and honest work done by someone who stands by their product and work and did so seamlessly!
Chris installed a new HVAC unit for our townhome almost 5 years ago during the pandemic. He was easy to work with and everything went smoothly and seamlessly despite all of the COVID constraints that affected all businesses and individuals alike.
Fast forward to this month when our heater stopped working. I made the mistake of not consulting Chris first thinking that he only did installs and not repairs/maintenance.
I called another company who said it was the control board and it would cost me $1600 to replace since it was out of warranty. I was insistent that the AC unit must still be under warranty. Only then did he research further and found that it was still under warranty but that the manufacturer didn’t have the parts in stock- but that he could find other parts and repair it for $1000.
I was not convinced by this repairman and decided to call Chris. He not only went out to our home twice to confirm the issues, but got all of the parts needed which were still under warranty, He installed them quickly without charging us service/repair fees!
What great customer service! I won’t make the mistake of hiring Chris again for any of our HVAC needs!
