I do home organization and budget redecorating. I can bring a sense of harmony to your home by applying feng shui techniques to your surroundings. I do laundry services and dry cleaning pick up/drop off, and since I already know your pets, rather than boarding them, discuss their care needs with me, and see if I can provide that peace of mind for you. I help clean up before and after gatherings or can provide an extra hand during the gathering.
I have extensive knowledge of general house repairs, including drywall, tile, painting, minor electrical (i.e. installing a new light fixture or rewiring a toaster), flooring installation, appliance repair and replacement, woodworking and plumbing. Not only can I provide you with a clean and peaceful home, I can repair it as well! How many times have you thought about that broken light fixture or the door with the hole in it and decided it was too much trouble to call a handyman out for such a simple job? That's where I come in. During my visit to clean your home, I can schedule additional time to have those minor repairs done during the same session. I do laundry services on a limited 1st- come-1st-serve basis at an insanely great rate. I pick up or drop-off dry cleaning as I either come or go.
I am not yet licensed or bonded, but that is part of the very immediate business plan. Because of this, I want to offer my costumers another way to feel secure and know that there is someone trustworthy with access to their homes. I provide each client with a copy of my driver's license, a recent utility bills to verify my residence and a copy of my background check. Any person I hire and decide has the integrity to enter your home will have to approve me running his/her background check and provide a driver's license copy and proof of residence as well, which will be submitted before bringing any new personnel into your home. I offer an email/text service, at no additional charge, that will remind you via email the day prior to your scheduled appointment and send you a text two hours before your scheduled appointment. I also encourage feedback, and I send (infrequent) out questionnaires and feedback requests to ensure that I am fully satisfying your cleaning needs. I encourage all clients to approach me with any concerns or constructive criticism that they may have regarding the quality of my work, so we can resolve to meet the customers' needs 100%; after all, that's what you are paying for!
