It always starts with me listening. I want to understand your market, your aspirations for your business, your obstacles. I want to understand your competitors as well as your potential customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent my entire career in marketing departments and creative studios. The first 15 years of my career was in the corporate sector, where I learned strategy and discipline. I learned how to design for the marketplace and not the individual.
