- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by listening to what the customer needs and asking a few questions to understand the details. Then I give an estimate and schedule the work. I always show up on time, work clean, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned most of my skills through hands-on experience — helping my dad with different home and yard projects. Over the years, I’ve done many small repairs, furniture assembly, painting, and fixing things around the house. I’ve also worked on bigger custom projects and always make sure everything is done safely and neatly.
