I hired Issa to install a new gas valve for a new dryer that required an updated gas valve since mine was out of code. He did a fantastic job and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and workmanship. He took the time to step through the work he needed to do and why it needed to be done. Based on his work, I then added on the task of installing the new dryer as well for which he did an outstanding job. Issa is extremely friendly, professional and his rates are fair. I will definitely be hiring him again for future work.

We needed an entire rundown apt painted and primed for (our) move-in. Painting is one thing, but cleaning up a grimey, gross kitchen, patching drywall holes, floorboards, etc? We realized well into the project that we were in WAY over our heads - in terms of tools, skills, and experience. Issa was a little more $$ than some others, but his professionalism and attention to detail MORE than made up for it. Good help is hard to find, but we were lucky. We will call him again - without hesitation - for ANY and ALL handyman work. Really can't say enough about how much we appreciated his congenial "can-do", "no problem" attitude.
