Working with this team was outstanding. Not only did they give the least expensive initial quote, but they also floored an entire 1500+ sq ft home in only 2 days. The staff was friendly and patient, clean and respectful. Albert answered the phone every time I called and handled any questions I had with poise and confidence. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to everyone!

Albert had one of the most reasonable quotes out of the 7 estimates we received. He also worked with our timeline in an efficient manner. Albert and Robert were the only contractors who said they could do our open stairs while everyone else told us we had to close them. And they turned out amazing! If I had a question or concern Albert was open to listening and finding a solution. It is clear they are motivated, professional, and reliable. Our floors look amazing!

I don’t even know where to begin.. I thank God and I am beyond blessed to have met Robert, Albert, and their crew. I requested work the morning of March 17th and they came out for an estimate that same day. We then started work the very next day. I was skeptical at first because of all the horror stories I have heard about contractors, how they don’t deliver on time and projects always getting delayed. But that wasn’t the case with this group. They were prompt, communicative throughout the process, thorough, kind, respectful, professional, delivered/finished before the promised date, and are truly there to help you and not take advantage of you. I absolutely love and adore each one of them. Hands down the best group I have ever met. They set the bar and standard so high I won’t be able to use or trust any other contractors but this sweet group. Thank you for all your hard word. Thank you for going above and beyond. After getting many quotes from other companies, we are thankful we made the right decision to choose Floor Store Co. Floor Store Co. exceeded our expectations on every level. We consider the team our trusted partner for all future home improvement work and part of our family. We started our home improvement project back in October 2022. It started as one project but after the team evaluated our home, we trusted the team to work on our home for the next several months on various projects. Our house was built in 1942 and after the comprehensive review inside and out, we were happy with the estimates and decided to move forward with larger projects. The first round of projects** were on scheduled. The quality of work is superb. Albert and Robert are a delight to work with and oftentimes offered solutions, ideas, and design recommendations that was “out-of-the-box” awesome.
It was a leap of faith to trust Floor Store Co with all aspects of our home improvements. In the end, they delivered on our vision, within our budget, on schedule, and with ATTENTION to quality. Once the projects are totally complete, the team would have completely refurbished our home from inside and out (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, den, dining room, living room, stairs, laundry room, Spanish tile roof, and garage plus treatment for the 22 windows). The team is professional, clean, prompt and delivered outstanding performance from day one. Also, the team had to consider special services for my 83-year-old mother (higher toilets ADA compliant, mount TV on wall etc.).
**First round of projects:
Removed all carpet, removed all tile, replaced with vinyl floors, painted entire inside house white (removed popcorn from ceilings) with casings around the doors and all 22 windows. Removed old Spanish tile, fixed leaky roof and installed new gorgeous bronze Spanish tile on three level of the house including the garage. Removed old fixtures, vanities, toilets, sinks, knobs, doors, outlets, electric wiring----complete upgrade!
