I originally met Charles when our house in Glendora had a foundation issue. He was able to align the house and keep it from sinking any further. I just had him out to one of our apartment building that was sinking. In about three days he was able to lift the building and allow for the new tenant to move in. Thanks again for the help.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a price range for our products that enables us to quote jobs quickly after doing an elevation reading. We must factor in working conditions and type of structure to give a proper proposal. A site visit is required for this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the customer's home and do a free foundation elevation reading of their entire home or building to see where the problem exists. We then give them a floor plan layout showing where Ram Jack piles need to be placed and a Cost for Services for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed California General Contractor. Ram Jack gives us extensive training and support and requires each owner and their employees to attend yearly additional education classes and workshops to keep us up-to-date and ready for anything.
