- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We post a 'Deal of the Month' every month and also have on-going seasonal promotions. Our pricing is also very competitive. We will try to price match or outbid other estimates/quotes that customers receive, just call our office and ask our knowledgeable representatives about this offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our representatives will ask the customer the details of the project. They can answer questions, give advice and recommendations. They will then schedule an inspector to inspect the customer's attic/crawlspace/walls. During inspection, the inspector will inspect and measure the area and will provide an estimate. Customers are welcome to accompany the inspector during the inspection but it's not mandatory. The inspector will explain the result of the inspection at the end of the meeting during which, the customer can ask as many questions as they want or ask for advice on how to proceed. The inspector will then coordinate with the office to schedule the actual job. Once the job has been scheduled, the office will confirm details and date with the customer. After the job is done, the office will send all necessary documents to the customer for rebates or warranties, as well as a link to a folder containing all pictures our crew took during the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pure Eco has been in business since 2013. Prior to that, the owner has worked for other insulation companies and is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the industry.
