- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is what to expect when working with me: Decide on a health goal, make an action plan, and execute it. Day by day, week by week. Small steps, micro steps. Small steps that lead to big goals. Every week we will discuss what is working towards your goals, what isn't, and when necessary, pivot. We will make a plan for the week, challenge you to keep going, analyze your lifestyle and tweak habits when needed. My health & wellness packages are start out $400 for (4) sessions plus a free (30) minute assessment. You tell me what you are looking to achieve and I explain how I can help you get there. *I never want money getting in the way of help people, I do provide payment plans and open to discussion for students in need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we work on who you are and what your needs are to succeed. You can't start a journey not knowing your strength or preferences. Once we align your goals with your values and what your willing & able to do daily, weekly, monthly... then we set a plan! Each week, we will learn new skills in nutrition, movement, and mindset to help you move forward towards your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Masters Level 2 Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition I am a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council of Exercise I studied at the University of Hawaii, Hilo in Psychology I am currently in a Clinical Psychology Graduate Program to become a therapist.
