Mari’s attention to detail and relaxed manner, helped ease my anxiety about moisture levels, mold, and off smells in my new apartment. Thankfully, all was good, and the solutions are easy to address with the landlord, but the peace of mind is invaluable. Also just validating to be able to get a second opinion and know that I’m not crazy or overreacting. Mari, help me diagnose exactly what was going on. Thank you.

Mari at Precision Pros was truly a specialist in that she almost knew exactly what was going on immediately in my apartment! I feel about 10 years younger because of the mold remediation that she and her team conducted, I feel totally brand new! Highly recommend Precision Pros, and ask for Mari! Thank you Mari

I had a great experience working with Mari for my home inspection. She was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain her findings in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Her attention to detail and clear communication gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced home inspector.

We actually didn’t need up needing to hire them but they were so helpful!! They reviewed photos and videos for us, made suggestions, and gave us a lower cost option that really helped us. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they gave us and the support. Would definitely hire them in the future if needed!
