They were quick to respond and arrived the next day to assess the potential for water damage. They measured the moisture levels and analyzed the damage that may occur. Every water damage or mold remediation job is different than the other based of how many areas need dry up or actual mold remediation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value all our current customers and our new customers. We will send you a text when we are on our way within 30 mins. They our tech will come out and look at your project and let you know what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are Certified with IICRC WRT water damage restoration and certified with CMR for mold remediation
