We had a great experience working with Jed. He installed new outdoor light fixtures, a Ring camera, and cleaned up several light switches for us. He was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with when it came to scheduling. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed efficiently and neatly. Jed was awesome. I had a ceiling fan to install to replace a fan that wasn't working anymore. Jed was prompt and a cool dude. He replaced the fan very fast and was quite a pleasure to work with. Pricing is simple:
$150 service call charge this covers the first hour of service.
$75 hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For working with a new customer we’ll make phone contact, ideally the customer would provide photos of the problem they have. Then I’ll stop by troubleshooting the problem or preform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the Shasta Builders Exchange NCCER pathway.
I also have my OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour courses.
I have a state journeyman certification.
I have completed the EVITP Certification Course.
