- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple: $150 service call charge this covers the first hour of service. $75 hourly rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For working with a new customer we’ll make phone contact, ideally the customer would provide photos of the problem they have. Then I’ll stop by troubleshooting the problem or preform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the Shasta Builders Exchange NCCER pathway. I also have my OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour courses. I have a state journeyman certification. I have completed the EVITP Certification Course.
