Jed responded and showed up the next day. He even had a portable vacuum to clean up. I was on conference call so he got right to work. We needed a new outlet due to poor wiring and the ground blue. He explained the wiring was not the correct for the dishwasher and garbage disposal, especially if they run at the same time. Highly recommended!

Pricing is simple: $150 service call charge this covers the first hour of service. $75 hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For working with a new customer we’ll make phone contact, ideally the customer would provide photos of the problem they have. Then I’ll stop by troubleshooting the problem or preform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the Shasta Builders Exchange NCCER pathway. I also have my OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour courses. I have a state journeyman certification. I have completed the EVITP Certification Course.
