- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't do extra charges for smaller extra services, free quotes and cleaning prices are based on how big a cleaning project is or hourly. 🥰☺️
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call or meet up with customers to talk about what services they need and when I can start working. I like to stay in communication with customers as the cleaning appointment approaches and I like to be prepared. I am very communicative and I enjoy seeing what I'm working with. 🎀😄
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in Butte College finishing up Real State and my Business Management certificate so I know that it will help me branch out more and get my business blooming. I am learning more and trying to get the skills. ˚.🎀༘⋆
