- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No: I tailor fees to the client and type of project and services needed, taking into account complexity and time. Teleworking and online collaboration allows me to deeply discount my fees because of extremely low overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with an e-mail contact from potential client describing the services needed. From there, we continue by e-mail, or can proceed with a telephone or video conference using Skype, FaceBook, Google+ Hangouts or other platform. Materials can be exchanged as attachments or shared through online collaboration systems such as DropBox, Google Drive, or other platform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA English, Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA JD, Concord Law School, Los Angeles, CA 20+ years as a reporter, writer, editor and designer for news and business media, including The New York Times Co. Five years experience in legal research, legal analysis, legal writing & legal editing.
