Chef James was an amazing host. He served us the most delectable dishes, catering to our needs for our Bridgerton-themed bachelorette. He did not disappoint serving us charcuterie board and Jane Austin white soup for starters, steak with red wine reduction, chicken w/creamy sun dried tomato sauce, salmon beurre blanc, steamed jasmine rice, roasted broccolini for the main course, and completed it with chocolate lava cake w/vanilla ice cream from scratch for dessert (yum!). We invited him to sit and chat with us which was cool. I would highly recommend him for personal chef needs. Thanks, Chef James for helping make our event a great success!

My fiancée and I absolutely LOVED our experience with chef on Valentine’s Day. It went above our expectations! We had the best branzino with a cauliflower purée that was to die for! 10 out of 10 experience and taste!
