It is 11:33 now and my appointment for a deep cleaning was at 11:00. They never showed up. They did not call or text to let me know they could not make it or to reschedule. I had to take the afternoon off work to be here for the cleaning which now is a total waste of my time. This was the first time I have scheduled anyone to clean my house through Thumbtack. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
