FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free in-office bankruptcy consultation. I do not limit the consultation to 15 minutes or less (like some other firms). No case is too big or too small, and no question is too big or too small. At the consultation I will ask you for some basic information about your situation and then I will personally sit down with you. I will review and listen and make recommendations and answer your questions. I also offer free bankruptcy discussions via phone or email If you prefer, we can have this discussion over the phone or through email. It is your choice to make this comfortable and as easy for you as possible.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Costello Law was originally founded by Raymond J. Costello, in the early 1960s. Ray’s law practice always had a heavy concentration in Bankruptcy and he served for many years as a Bankruptcy Trustee. In 1984 I was admitted to law practice and joined the firm. Raymond passed away in 1994 and the firm continues to proudly carry his name.
