Julio with Brightstar Refrigeration was so Professional, he took the time to Explain the Process, provided us with Various options and was Extremely Knowledgeable about HVAC. He Was always available to me during the process. The one thing that stood out was Julio showed High integrity which is why I choose Brightstar Refrigeration Inc. I had several bids when I was looking for a HVAC contractor for unit replacement. Julio was the only one that actually listened to what I wanted and not trying to Upsell me a more expensive unit I didn’t need. Thank you Brightstar Refrigeration!

Brightstar was timely, & courteous. They went over in detail on what was needed. Answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Left us with a good feeling that the job was done well. We were very satisfied and so happy they did this for us. Would highly recommend!!
